Step #1: Open Your Project in Flash ~
✗ Get the Oval Tool which is behind the Rectangle Tool or hit the keyboard shortcut letter (o) …
Step #2: Color ~
✗ Go to: Window > Color or hit: Shift (⇧) + Cmd (⌘) + F9
✗ … click Fill Color …
✗ … and select Radial in the Fill Style.
Step #3: Color Selector ~
✗ Double-Click on the color selector and select a snowman color for that gradient.
Step #4: Other Side ~
✗ Now do the the other side - pick a darker color and lower the Value of the color like this:

Step #5: Draw a Circle with the Oval~
✗ Drag a circle with the Oval Tool.
Step #6: Adjust the Circle ~
✗ Double-Click the circle to select both the Stroke and the Fill …
✗ … select the Free Transform Tool or hit the keyboard shortcut letter (Q) …
✗ … and squeeze the shape a little.
Step #7: Adjust the Gradient ~
✗ Select the Gradient Transform Tool by hitting the keyboard shortcut letter: (f) …

Step #8: Copy the Shape ~
✗ Right-Click, copy and paste the shape, and adjust with the Free Transform Tool …

Step #9: Eyes, Nose and Mouth ~
✗ Make a New Layer and call it Face …
✗ … draw some darker circles for eyes and mouth.
✗ Change your Fill Colors to look orange or whatever colors you want for the nose and mouth.
