Step #1: Open Photoshop ~
If you're working on a project in Photoshop, open it and make a New Layer if necessary …
OR- open a new blank document …
Step #2: Rectangle Tool ~
Select the Rounded Rectangle Tool which is behind the Line Tool
Set the Radius in the Menu bar - just try 25 or 50 for now …

Select Shape Layers in the menu bar …
Drag out a rectangle box …
Step #3: Layer Styles ~
Click on the
and add a Layer Style to the rectangle …

Try Drop Shadow first and adjust the settings:
Add some Inner Shadow
Add Stroke

You may also add Gradient Overlay
Try these settings if you like:
Try any other Blending Options as you see fit.
Go to: Filter > Artistic and apply a filter you think looks good.
Experiment!
Step #4: Add Some Text ~
Get the Text Tool

Write something you can use in your project

Also apply Blending Options and effects to the Text Layer too.
Step #4: Import to Flash ~
If you are working on a Flash Project, import your work into Flash.
Go to: File > Import > Import to Stage and import your .psd file.
Last Step: Save your Project & Attach ~
Save your entire project and attach it …
